The Board ensures shared governance with attention to executive director / board relationship and trustees’ engagement. They have clear expectations for the progress that the organization will make under Executive Director/ President and evaluates the leader annually. Additionally, the Board addresses changes in finances and the imperative to deliver financial controls and stability.
