This session focuses on the methods and processes that an executive search firm employs and conducts on behalf of an institution seeking to fill executive leadership positions. The participants will apply their competency modeling to the anatomy of a Search Process.

CV Mastery Session

This session offers professional executive CV writing services for higher education executive-level positions. The consultant reviews the participant’s current CV and makes recommendations that will strengthen the participant’s CV as a demonstration of skills and behaviors required for success in the job.  

Leadership Competency

This session introduces leadership competencies mapping as a process to plan for a participants’ professional growth and movement to new positions.  The participants will identify their marketplace core skills and behaviors and learn to use their unique competencies as a success profile of demonstrated experiences and a leadership image. 

Power of the Letter of Interest

This session offers professional writing services for a cover letter/letter of interest that addresses the qualities and qualifications of a position profile and demonstrates the participants’ fit for the appointment.

Interview Effectiveness

This session reviews the purpose and agenda of semi-finalist and finalist interviews. The participant will craft a leadership narrative that brands them throughout the interview.  The consultant will conduct a mock interview with the participant and advise them on the follow-up process after the interview.  

Personal Assessment & Analysis

This session creates a strategic approach to ensure that steps to new career opportunities are strategically planned and executed within the context of professional status assessment, leadership competencies, a clear understanding of future workplaces, and a professional network.
