Through this work, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the effective search processes that will benefit their organization, including current and future employees.

GOALS: during this workshop we will work with the Search Committee on how to identify your organizational needs, addressing the potential challenges and opportunities for the development of the entire organization / department as a whole, as well as for the individual stakeholders. We will also discuss what’s needed to develop a robust slate of potential candidates, and also for the applicant evaluation process based on their measurable skills and behaviors that are critical for success in the job.

GOALS: to clarify the board governance committee’s essential responsibilities and duties which stand to benefit and to improve the overall effectiveness of board governance.
The purpose of this workshop is to introduce boards of trustees and governance committees to their consequential roles.
